SHIPPING POLICY
We at Silvercot™ understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours of the payment being received.
We will ship out your order within 48 hours of processing.
Our courier partners will deliver your products within 7-10 working days.
Any orders that need to be shipped using India Speed Post will only be shipped on Fridays.
Shipping Charges: If your order is below Rs. 500, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 50. All orders more than Rs. 500, enjoy free shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any Return Policy for our products.
The customer is entitled to exchanges in following such cases where we can replace the item(s) with the exact same item(s) or other item(s) equal to or more than the exchange amount.
Wrong item(s) received.
Damaged item(s) received.
Goods to be exchanged are to be returned in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
The customer is not entitled to exchanges or refunds in following such cases:
Goods damaged by the customer upon opening or after delivery.
Used and tampered products.
Used and tampered packaging.
Proof of purchase missing.
Proof or damage/ defect missing.
Please email us at info@silvercot.com with mail title “REQUEST EXCHANGE ON ORDER” within 3 days of delivery ifyou want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. The customer is also requested to mention the following details in the mail:
1. Name
2. Contact Details
3. Order Number
4. Proof of damage/ defect or incorrect order sent.
We will get back to you with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product(s) once we receive the product(s) and confirm that they are eligible for exchange. The Company may also ask for further details for enquiry purposes that the customer will need to provide for successful return and exchange of wrong/damaged product(s).
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
Given the nature of our products, we do not offer any Return Policy for our products, and by extension, our Refund Policy has its limitations.
We only accept cancellation requests made before delivery of products.
Cancellation requests after delivery of products will not be accepted.
In case of multiple product order, item-wise cancellation cannot be processed. Complete order will be cancelled.
Please email us at info@silvercot.com with mail title “ORDER CANCELLATION”. The customer is also requested to mention the following details in the mail:
1. Name
2. Contact Details
3. Order Number
4. Reason for Order Cancellation.
We will email the customer once the order cancellation is confirmed. The Company may also ask for further information for enquiry purposes that the customer will need to provide for successful cancellation of product(s).
In the event that an order cancellation has been made after making online payments and before processing the product delivery, the customer is eligible to a full refund including shipping charges.
In the event that an order cancellation has been made after the order is processed or discharged for delivery, and before/ after the customer receives the order, the customer may have to bear some monetary liability to the Company that will not exceed the amount of order placed. In such event, the customer may not be eligible to a full refund.
Upon confirmation of refund, the Company will process the refund to the original mode of online payment.
